What is the currency stated in the website?
All currency is in Singapore dollars.
 
Can the items be shipped to countries outside Singapore?
Yes, we shop to all countries.  Shipment cost is pre-calculated for selected items
 
Is the price stated in website inclusive of delivery cost?
There will be delivery charges.  When you start filling up the online order form, you will be asked to select the mode of delivery and the extra cost for the delivery will be shown in the form.
 
How do I make an order?
Except for customised/ personalised DIY lamp, you will find a 'buy now' button next to stated price.  To make an order, click on the 'buy now' button and start filling up the online order form.
 
Can I pay by credit card?
To pay by credit card, you will need to select the mode of payment as 'by credit card via paypal'. You do not need to hold an account with paypal.  We will send you an email via paypal with attached instructions.  You need only follow the instructions and fill up all relevant information and you are done with it.  If you already have a paypal account, you should provide us the email address you have registered with paypal for easier transaction.
 
Can I return received items?
All goods sold is not returnable. However. especially for apparel, you may be allowed to exchange for different sizes for the same design.  All cost of exchange is borne by buyers. If the same design do not have the right size you need, we will at our liberty to allow for exchange for a different design.
 
Are the delivery charges shown when filling up the online form for worldwide delivery?
The delivery charge shown in the online form is for delivery within mainland Singapore only.  For delivery outside mainland Singapore, we will send you a proposed charges to your respective country.
 
How long will I receive the item after I place my order?
For postal delivery within Singapore, it will usually take 7 days upon receiving payments.  For meeting up at MRT and door delivery, arrangement to be made subjected to convenience to all parties which usually take 7 working days upon receiving orders.
 
Is there warranty provided for items received?

Do we have to pay GST?
We are not a GST registered company.
 
Are all the items shown in the website already in Singapore?
All items (except the Zen Pendants) exhibiting in the website is already in Singapore.
