Website is great as much as I can see. It's easy to access and the range of products is diverse. It would be wonderful if chinese titles are translated to english though. Also, if possible, make the text a little easier to read. When I was browsing for a book, the summary was too much to digest at first sight!

the products are unclear except for a few pics here and there. there is no buy options for the websites. lack of choice of products and everything seems unclear. there are far too many categories with little products, people like to choose and pick , maybe try to focus on main item u are going to sell. try to form partnership with others .

Desmond has been helpful and patient in helping me to search for bags which im lookin for..And revert to my enquiries shortly everytime i requested for any.From the process from enquiries to ordering and delivery are well-coordinated..just that for the website..bags wise section are ok..will be best within different sections to provide with more itmes to select.cos kinda limited esp for the used items as there are not much to see or for online shopping.cos there aren't much to select and buy..If can intro more new products such as Sanrios Items such as Hello Kitties and My Melody items for instance..im sure the website will be more popular. Stuffs from Hongkong if able to handcarry and sell online will sure be more saleable. For instance alot people like goin hongkong and shop..however main purpose may b to shop or look for certain stuffs which may not be available in Sg. By being more innovative and creative..overall will enhance the website and overall populartiy..Keep up the good work aniway..

Good site with cheap and affordable rates for goods sold. Could hv included more cute items such as Hello Kitty or Doraemon and even Transformers which attracts lots of attention from both females and males. We do hv our "childhood" times too! And many adults love such cutie stuffs too!

Desmond been really prompt in his delivery and service. I like the dress I bought, good materials and cutting except that the one i bought might seems a little too short than i expected. overall good online shopping experience. Hope to see more variety and new items soon.
