If within the stated period of warranty
listed in above table from date of purchase/ goods receive is proved to be
defective by reasons of faulty design, workmanship or materials, received after
expiry date for edible products and not for any reason whatsoever we undertake
upon the following replace of the same goods or any other items available equal
to the same monetary value in case of stock unavailability.
- that this goods is only used solely for
domestic purposes and not for any other purposes whatsoever and used
strictly in accordance with the instructions as may be provided by the
manufacturers of the said goods.
- this warranty form below is fully completed
with description, date of purchase, buyer's particulars inclusive of
transaction information such as order receipt number be forward to our

- that this goods is presented together with a
copy of this warranty form.
- that if any time during the warranty period
any part or parts of this good is removed, altered, tempered adjusted,
modified, dismantled, repaired or handled in any way whatsoever by any
person warranty shall immediately cease to be valid.
- that our decision on all questions relating
to complaints and defects either of workmanship or of materials shall be
conclusive and the buyer shall agree to abide by such decision. any goods or
defective parts that has been rejected shall become our property.
- that there shall be no alteration,
defacement and renewal of any kind of the serial number (if any) on the
goods.
- that the buy shall be fully responsible for
the due delivery or collection by self of the good(s) for any work which
shall need to be done pursuant to this warranty. transportation expenses
incurred for delivery or handling of good(s) may be chargeable to buyer.
- this warranty shall be subjected to the
following limitations and exclusions :
a) the good shall be warranty by bizinnet.com and/or principle supplier and
distributor for the period specified in table above.
b) the terms and conditions of this warranty shall be contained exclusively in
this document and no other representation terms and conditions or provisions
either written or otherwise regardless of the origin of the same shall be
accepted as either adding to or subtracting from these terms and conditions.
c) the buyer waives all or any claims to compensation monetary or otherwise
which he may be entitled to and shall agree to accept any compensation
whatsoever by ways of addtional repairs or otherwise which we in our absolute
discretion may deem fit to offer. the giving of compensation under this
paragraph shall be sunjected to the other provisions of the warranty.

this warranty is not transferable, negotiable or assignable to any third party.

this warranty does not particularly cover damages, losses, defects and
malfunctions caused and resulting from :
i ) act of God, fire, civil unrest, accidents, misuse, improper
handling/ installation, or any manner of tempering.
ii ) usage of wrong electrical supply/ voltage.
iii ) usage not in accordance with the operation instruction menu.
iv ) normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting or stains; and
v ) we shall not under any obligation, legal or otherwise to
repair/replace this good(s) if the same shall be required as not a result of
losses, damages, defects and malfunctions arising from any of the causes
mentioned in this paragraph.

be exclusively written in this document. no other party except bizinnet.com
management shall have authority to very the stated terms and conditions.
